1. Introduction

Growth Amazon ("we," "our," or "us") operates a multi-platform e-commerce analytics dashboard that helps sellers, brands, and agencies monitor sales, inventory, orders, advertising spend, and marketing performance across connected marketplaces and ad platforms such as Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Vendor Central, Amazon Advertising, Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and Noon. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling client business data responsibly.

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you log in to the dashboard, connect a marketplace or advertising account, or otherwise use our services. By accessing the dashboard, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy and our Terms & Conditions.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information in a few different ways depending on how you interact with the dashboard:

2.1 Account Information

  • Name, email address, and client/login ID.
  • Password, stored using secure hashing — never stored or transmitted in plain text.
  • Company or brand information, including workspace name and assigned client account.

2.2 Connected Platform Data

When you or your organization authorize a connection to a marketplace, advertising platform, or analytics source, we retrieve and cache the following categories of data, strictly to power your reports:

  • Amazon (Seller Central / Vendor Central / SP-API): orders, order line items, SKU/ASIN-level sales and revenue, inventory and FBA stock levels, returns and refunds, and vendor purchase-order data.
  • Amazon Advertising: advertising profiles, Sponsored Products/Brands campaigns, ad groups, keywords, and performance reports (impressions, clicks, spend, sales).
  • Google Ads: campaign, ad group, and keyword-level performance metrics (impressions, clicks, cost, conversions).
  • Google Analytics (GA4) & Search Console: website traffic, channel performance, landing pages, and search visibility metrics.
  • Noon and other marketplace partner APIs: sales and performance data, where a partner integration is configured and authorized for your account.

This data is retrieved using API credentials, refresh tokens, or OAuth authorization that you or your organization explicitly grant. We only request the scopes necessary to generate the reports available in the dashboard.

2.3 Information Collected Automatically

  • Log-in timestamps, session activity, IP address, browser type, and device information.
  • Usage data such as reports viewed, dashboards accessed, and features used within the platform, for security monitoring and product improvement.
  • Cookies and similar technologies used to keep you signed in and remember basic dashboard preferences (see Section 4).

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Authenticate users and restrict each user to their assigned workspace or client account.
  • Fetch, cache, and display analytics from connected marketplaces, advertising platforms, and analytics sources.
  • Generate dashboards, scheduled reports, and performance summaries (e.g. revenue, ad spend, inventory alerts, returns analysis).
  • Communicate with you about your account, connected integrations, reports, and service updates.
  • Maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the reliability of the dashboard.
  • Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access to any connected account.
  • Comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use client sales, inventory, or advertising data for any purpose other than delivering the dashboard and reporting features you have requested.

4. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use a limited set of cookies and similar technologies to operate the dashboard:

  • Essential/session cookies — required to keep you signed in and maintain your active session.
  • Functional cookies — used to remember dashboard preferences such as selected client, date range, or layout.
  • Analytics cookies — used internally to understand product usage and improve performance.

We do not use cookies for third-party advertising or cross-site ad retargeting. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may prevent you from staying signed in.

5. Third-Party Services & Data Sources

We integrate with the following third-party platforms in order to retrieve and display your business's own analytics. We do not access data beyond what these platforms' official APIs and your granted permissions allow:

  • Amazon — Selling Partner API (SP-API), Amazon Advertising API, and Vendor Central data feeds.
  • Google — Google Ads API, Google Analytics (GA4) API, and Google Search Console API.
  • Noon — Noon Partner API, where configured.
  • Cloud hosting, database, and infrastructure providers used to run and secure the dashboard.

These third parties process data under their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of Google and any marketplace or advertising platform you connect to our dashboard.

6. Marketplace & Ad Account Data

When you connect a Seller Central, Vendor Central, Amazon Ads, Google Ads, or Noon account, we access order, inventory, advertising, and performance data solely to generate the reports and dashboards available on the platform. This access is granted by you or your organization through official API credentials or OAuth authorization, and can be revoked at any time by disconnecting the integration or rotating the underlying credentials. We do not use marketplace or advertising account data for any purpose beyond delivering the analytics service.

7. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information or business data. We may share information with:

  • Infrastructure and service providers who help us operate the dashboard (e.g. hosting, database, and monitoring providers), bound by confidentiality obligations.
  • The marketplace and advertising platforms you connect (Amazon, Google, Noon), strictly to retrieve and refresh your own account data.
  • Professional advisors, such as legal or accounting consultants, where necessary.
  • Law enforcement or regulators, when required by law, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.
  • A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets.

8. Workspace & Access Control

  • Access control: each user can only access data belonging to their assigned workspace or client account; cross-workspace access is not permitted.
  • Data minimization: only the fields required for analytics, reporting, and caching are stored; we avoid storing unnecessary personal or business data.
  • Least privilege: server-side integrations request the minimum API scopes necessary to fetch the required reports, and credentials are never exposed to the client browser.

9. Data Retention

We retain account information and cached marketplace/ advertising data for as long as your account remains active, or as needed to provide historical reporting and comply with legal, tax, and accounting requirements. You may request deletion of your account and associated cached data at any time by contacting us; when information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.

10. Data Security

We implement technical and organizational security measures to protect your information, including:

  • Encryption in transit via HTTPS/TLS for all dashboard traffic.
  • Secure, server-side storage of API credentials and OAuth tokens — never exposed to end users' browsers.
  • Role-based access controls restricted to assigned workspaces.
  • Regular monitoring for unauthorized access, anomalies, or suspicious activity.

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. International Data Transfers

As our clients and connected marketplaces span multiple regions, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in countries outside your country of residence. Where required by law, we take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers.

12. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights under applicable data protection laws (such as the GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, or regional data protection regulations), including the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate account information.
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data.
  • Withdraw a connected marketplace or advertising platform's authorization/API access at any time.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing.
  • Request a copy of your data in a portable format.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at support@growithamazon.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe in accordance with applicable law.

13. Marketing Communications & Opt-Out

If you have opted in to receive product updates or newsletters from us, you may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in our emails or by emailing us at support@growithamazon.com. You may still receive essential service-related communications (e.g. security alerts, billing notices) even after opting out of marketing messages.

14. Children's Privacy

This Service is intended for business use by authorized company representatives and is not directed at, or intended for use by, children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

15. Third-Party Links

Our dashboard may contain links to third-party platforms, such as the marketplaces and advertising networks you connect. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these third-party sites, and encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any information.

16. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, integrations, or legal requirements. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
